It offers services, top-tier support, and a functional interface that enables all its traders to perform optimally. Before joining this platform, you should review its legal and trading terms. Basic rules, terms and conditions on the phone

Service Agreement

Joining this platform is not a public offer, but an invitation to submit offers. Merely registering is not a contractual agreement between the company and the client. On that note, the company can terminate or amend the contract with the client. These amendments can affect the terms of agreement, or its annexes (rules of trading operations, risk disclosure, etc.).

You must provide the company only with accurate and up-to-date information and data. Where you fail to do this, the company may suspend or block you. You must also create a login and password on registration. These details must be secure, and as such, the user is responsible for any breach of security. Furthermore, the company may verify your identity, funds, or tools where necessary. In the event of any violation, it will ask you to verify these parameters. If there is non-compliance with the request after five days, the account may be suspended, or access to the trading terminal may be blocked.

Also, you owe obligations to the company. By joining the site, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age. This means that you can fulfill all legal obligations required of you.

The customer (you) also agrees that he is neither a politician nor a municipal employee. The company states that the client must not be a citizen of the prohibited states or subject to any laws that would invalidate the terms of the agreement between them.

Every action you take must be done in utmost good faith. If this is not the case, the company can review your profile and take necessary steps. Lastly, the company prohibits you from using its site for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Risk Disclosure

When you register on this site, you agree to all risks associated with trading on this platform. However, don’t worry; it’s not an issue if you’re aware of the risks. According to the company, there are two types of risks: trading and non-trading risks.

Trading risks can come from the instability of financial markets — market volatility and the liquidity of financial instruments. On the other hand, non-trading risks may occur due to a poor channel transmission quality, electricity interruptions or blackouts, omissions or actions from third parties, etc. By joining the platform, the customer acknowledges that these risk factors may cause them to lose funds on the platform.

Lastly, the company can provide its users with updates. These updates can include analytical, financial, or news information regarding trading and the financial market. Of course, these updates are only for informational purposes and not as a recommendation.

Rules of Trading Operations

Firstly, every trade you take is at the expense of your account. Also, when making a trade, you (the client) must not conspire with any other customer to defraud the company. The use of automated mechanisms to force another client to trade or use the platform in any unlawful way is also not allowed.

The company has the right to determine how high and how low you can trade, regulate the number of trades you can take, or regulate which assets to trade. Also, clients can only execute a trade when both parties (you and the company) agree on a few things: the underlying asset, the operation amount, the expiration period, and the asset quotes, among other terms. The company has the right to reject the customer’s request if they don’t meet these terms.

Non-trading Operations Regulations

The company made these non-trading operations to combat illegal financial activities such as money laundering and terrorist funding. So, by joining the site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, against money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and trafficking & financial abuse legislation. The company can choose to investigate all non-trading activities at any time, including requesting the user’s identity document, proof of residence, and verification of funds.

If the company discovers a breach, it can close open trades, terminate the agreement with the client, suspend and block the customer, or take any necessary action to curb it. Also, the client bears all risks of payments. A perk, however, is that you can make such payments at your convenience.

Payment Policy

To make a deposit, you must submit a deposit request through your trading account. To do this, select a deposit method, pick a currency, and complete the proposed form. Withdrawal of funds follows the same procedure as the deposit.

You can only withdraw what is in the account, and this may be limited by the company if it deems it necessary. There are three methods of making payments. Via bank wire, bank card, or electronic payment.

Privacy Policy

The company can only request personal documents that identify the customer. These include registration data, supporting legal documents, and device data. Other depersonalized data may be collected by the company as you use its services.

Your private information is safe, as the company has no right to disclose it for any reason except those contained in the privacy policy. What are these reasons? They include identification, improving services, and account verification, among others. The company is, however, not liable for any breach of information caused by third-party access through illegal methods.
